Q - How much does it cost?
A - Heavily Dependent on a number of factors.
1. Size of home / Square Footage
2. Garage or No Garage
3. (Location,Materials, etc…)
Q - Modular Homes vs. Stick-Built Homes: What’s the Difference?
A - A modular home is constructed in sections (modules)inside a climate-controlled factory. Once completed, those modules are transported to the home site, set on a permanent foundation using a crane, and finished on-site.
A stick-built home is constructed entirely on-site, starting with framing and progressing step-by-step until completion. Materials are delivered to the site and assembled in the open environment.
Q - How long does the process take?
A - Modular homes can often be completed 30–50% faster than traditional stick-built homes. Because the home is built in a factory while site work and foundations are completed simultaneously, overall project timelines are significantly reduced—helping homeowners move in sooner and avoid extended construction delays.
Q – What type of homes do you build (site-built vs modular)?
A – We specialize in both custom (site-built) and modular homes. Modular homes are built in controlled factory conditions, transported to your lot and assembled on-site, which can accelerate schedule and reduce weather-related delays. We’ll help evaluate which is best for your situation.

Neither option is “better” in every situation. The right choice depends on several factors, including:
At SRS Builders LLC, we help homeowners evaluate both modular and stick-built construction options, clearly explain what each involves, and guide you toward the solution that best fits your project.
